Under the Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program (SECCAP), Karachi has provided a 3rd opportunity with SECCAP Phase 3 Admission 2025-26 that would enable students interested in a first-year degree in Government colleges to make direct applications. The SECCAP online portal was first open applications on 15 June 2025 and allowed students to apply to admit in Class XI in all the groups of intermediate. Another Phase opened after the initial application period, and the deadline is last Week of August 2025, to increase the flow of applicants. With these opportunities in hand, there were still a considerable amount of college seats not filled in Karachi.
Reason Behind SECCAP Phase 3 Admission
This is now realized by SECCAP who with an understanding of this have introduced the Phase 3 which enables students who failed in previous deadlines or failed to gain admissions to make new applications based on remaining spaces. Interested candidates can refer to the SECCAP official portal, use the Apply Online tab, fill the form of admission, and indicate their college preferences. This period is, now, the last chance to reserve a place in the academic year 2025-26 students will have to move with haste in order to have maximum chances prior to the new deadline.

SECCAP Form last Date
The final date of the SECCAP Phase 3 Admissions 2025-26 is likely to be during the last week of August 2025. It is highly recommended that students do not wait until the last minute since the admission portal becomes Slow Down around deadlines. After the deadline expires, online based application will be terminated and no more forms will be received. Thus, those people who are interested in receiving a seat in their preferred government colleges of Karachi should conduct the admission procedure long before the final deadline to evade any inconvenience.
The admissions had been opened earlier in two phases:
- Phase 1: It began on 15 June 2025 and the deadline is 15 July 2025.
- Phase 2: Opened on 28 July 2025 and later closed on 8 August 2025.
Following both stages, a number of vacancies were left in government colleges in Karachi. SECCAP has begun Phase 3 Admissions to fill such seats.

Purpose of SECCAP Phase 3 Admissions
The primary goal of Phase 3 is to give a change to students who:
- Was not applicable in Phase 1 and Phase 2.
- Failed to get admission to colleges of their choice previously.
- Wish to apply in the vacant positions of government colleges.
Students who have not obtained admission under SECCAP as part of the 2025-26 academic year can apply in this phase which is regarded as the last opportunity to secure admission under SECCAP.
