How to fill SECCAP Online Application?

• Visit the SECCAP official site.

• In case you have not done it before, you may have to register and open an account.

• It contains basic personal details about you such as name, father name, CNIC number, date of birth, address and your phone number.

• Write the educational background of yours, your matric roll number, marks received and other information.

• You would most probably have to upload your scanned copies of your documents which include your domicile certificate, NCDC form, birth certificate, and colored photographs.

• Select the colleges that you would like to attend and the course you wish to pursue.

• One last thing to keep in mind is to review all information you have entered and all the documents you have attached and then you should submit the application.

• You may have to pay the application fee and give the fee challan (where it is applicable).

• Once you have been successful with your submission, you may download and print a copy of your application form to keep a record of the same.

SECCAP XI Admissions in Govt. Colleges 2025

College Education Department Sindh will publish the Admissions to Government Colleges in July / June of First year. The details of SECCAP are as below. A+ and A Grade students will determine the option of getting admission to any college. The students with B,C,D and E grades will be allowed to apply within their respective zone. Those students who have failed in more than two subjects will not apply SECCAP Online Admission.
