What is the Maryam Nawaz Scooty / E-Bike Program?
CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Bike Scheme is a fundamental component of Scooty/ E-Bike Program. It will have electric bikes, electric scooters, mainly focusing on female students and working ladies who have difficulty in commuting.
Objective:
- To reduce transport costs to women who need to study or to work.
- To facilitate the use of environmental-friendly form of transport in Punjab.
Eligibility Criteria
The scheme will be a great benefit to more than 800,000 college and young professionals in the province. Candidates are required to:
- To be 18 years or above.
- To be a regular student of a degree college/university which is recognized by HEC.
- Have an active motorcycle learner permit or taking license.
