It is given that a purely manual system of complaints cannot possibly cope with the volume of the complaints and thus the student complaints would need a purely automated system. As much as the SECCAP website emails an address, none of the students reported on having a response to a query they have sent to that address. We even recommend that a help desk should be put up at least so that when students have any complaint, it could be addressed promptly.
Karachi SECCAP Form and Claims Process Complete Guide
- The students are not allowed to request transfer to another faculty through the claim form, so they have to make a rather informed decision when filling in the placement form.
- The only case by which a college can accept you is that your merit is grading higher than your grades. In this sense, we will not accept all forms.
- The top eight universities or colleges, as well as /high schools a student is interested in, cannot be changed just now.
- The move reclassifies the farm as unacceptable.
- Claimants can apply only at the formal claim stations; the SECCAP headquarters does not include paper applications.
- Copies of the forms will be available only at those mentioned locations.
- No photocopies are acceptable. No photocopies or faxes will be admissible but only the original copies.
- When you present it, include a copy of receipt and the hardcopy.
